Information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Conditions of the Right of Withdrawal
1.1 General Principle
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
1.2 Starting Point of the Period
The withdrawal period starts:
- For services: From the day of the conclusion of the contract
- For digital content: From the day of the conclusion of the contract
1.3 Expiration of the Period
The period expires 14 days after the day mentioned above.
If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
2.1 Digital Content
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
"For the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal."
In practice: If you requested immediate access to digital content and expressly waived your right of withdrawal at the time of purchase, you can no longer exercise this right.
2.2 Services
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 1° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
"For the supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed."
2.3 Other Exceptions
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to contracts:
- For the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications
- For the supply of sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

5. Effects of Withdrawal
5.1 Refund
In case of valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
5.2 Refund Method
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. In any case, this refund will not incur any fees for you.
5.3 Partially Performed Services
If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided to you until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
